The sponsor of employee must be the Omani and have authority of handling this process and he will responsible of all information given by the employee. The employees will be the same gender mentioned in the work permit that is issued from the Directorate General of Labor Affairs. The job should be the same as mentioned in the work visa permit. If the employee’s application is processes by someone other than the sponsor, then the nominated person must be Omani and have authority letter issued from the Directorate General of Passport&Residence according to the sponsor’s request.
