Job in Oman

Our client is a leading food processing company based in Oman. Deadline 15th March 2019. OMR 175-250 (12 hrs shift) + Housing + Transport. Follow BPR (Batch Processing Report) and Record production and test data, such as processing steps, temperature and steam readings, cooking time, and batches processed, and test results. Bring product samples during for quality test. Read work orders, recipes, or formulas in order to determine cooking times and temperatures, and ingredient specifications. Clean, wash, and sterilize equipment and processing area, using water hoses, cleaning or sterilizing solutions, or rinses as per cleaning SOP’s. Operate auxiliary machines to process ingredients. Maintain the quality standards i.e. HACCP & other quality requirements. Facilitate the Preventive maintenance program Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in Packaging & Filling Areas with food industry (Up to 10 Years). Basic knowledge of English language is highly preferred (mainly reading and writing).
